Services

Everything at the head table, handled

One crew, one platform, start to finish. We take the tournament work off your coaching staff and boosters so they can run the event and take care of guests.

Registration & entries

Coaches send rosters in our template. We load every wrestler by division, weight class, team and grade, then check for duplicates and missing entries before seeding.

Seeding & brackets

We run the seeding meeting with your coaches and build clean brackets for every weight. Fans and coaches follow live brackets on their phones all day.

Mat management

Bout assignments, on-deck and in-the-hole calls and mat balancing keep every mat busy. The schedule holds, and the gym clears on time.

Live scoring

Scores, falls and results post to brackets as each bout ends. No hand-carried bout sheets and no waiting at the head table.

Live streaming

Events can be streamed live through Rokfin so grandparents, alumni and college coaches can watch from anywhere.

Results & placers

Final placers and team scores publish the moment the last bout ends, ready for your awards ceremony, school website and social posts.

Scratches and weight changes go in before the first whistle.

Bouts called, scored and posted live. Streams up where booked.

    Hand raise

Placers and team scores ready for awards the moment finals end.

Who we serve

Built for every bracket in SoCal wrestling

From a first youth tournament to league finals, the work is the same: accurate brackets and mats that start on time.

Youth

Club and youth tournaments with many age divisions and weight classes. We keep big brackets organized and parents informed.

High school

Invitationals, duals and league finals for CIF Southern Section and San Diego Section programs.

Girls' wrestling

Girls' tournaments run with the same care and coverage as any boys' event. We have run the Lady Big Kat at Capo Valley.

Live brackets & streaming

Every fan in the gym, and everyone who couldn't make it

We run events on BoutBoard, Rokfin's modern tournament platform. It is built for phones first, so the crowd stops gathering around paper brackets on the wall.

  • Live brackets and bout queues on any phone, no app download required
  • Wrestlers and parents see their next bout and mat as soon as it is called
  • Streams through Rokfin so family and fans can watch remotely
  • Results stay online after the event for records and recruiting

About us

A wrestling family running the head table

Bracket House Events is a father-and-son company from Orange County, founded by Buu Han and Gavin Han. For the last three seasons we have run Capo Valley High School's tournaments, including the Lady Big Kat, the Joe Zeller and League Finals.

We started as volunteers at the head table and learned what makes a tournament go well: clean entries, honest seeding and mats that never sit empty. We built Bracket House to bring that standard to more Southern California programs.

Every Bout Ready.

FAQ

Questions athletic directors and coaches ask

What area do you serve?

Southern California: Orange County, Los Angeles County, the Inland Empire and San Diego County. Ask us about events outside that area.

What tournament software do you use?

We run events on BoutBoard by Rokfin, a modern platform for brackets, live scoring, bout queues and results that fans can follow from their phones.

Can our tournament be streamed live?

Yes. Events can be streamed live through Rokfin so families who can't attend can watch. We confirm streaming coverage for your event when we book it.

How do teams register?

Coaches send their roster in our spreadsheet template: division, weight class, first name, last name, team, grade and seed. We load and check every entry before seeding.

What types of events do you run?

Youth, high school and girls' wrestling: individual tournaments, invitationals, duals and league finals.

How far ahead should we book?

As early as you can. Saturdays from November through February fill first. Send us your date and expected entries and we will confirm availability.
